How to Sign into Populi for the First Time as a Student
Welcome to Populi! This guide will help you log in for the first time and set up your account.
Your school will send an email to the address you provided during enrollment.
This email will contain your username and a temporary password.
If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
Go to your school’s unique Populi login page. This is usually formatted as https://nbcgr.populiweb.com/.
Type in the username provided in the email.
Copy and paste or manually enter the temporary password.
Click Log In.
Upon logging in, you will be prompted to change your password.
Enter a new password that meets the security requirements.
Confirm the new password and save changes.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required for your school.
Follow the on-screen instructions to set up authentication via text message, email, or an authentication app.
Navigate to your profile section.
Verify your personal information is correct.
Update your contact information if needed.
Check your dashboard for announcements and messages.
Access your courses and review your schedule.
Familiarize yourself with the system by exploring menus and settings.
Forgot your password? Click on “Forgot password?” on the login page and follow the instructions.
Didn’t receive your login email? Contact the IT department or registrar’s office.
